Progress


I've been focused on building my endurance so that I can become a PIYO Certified Instructor!

It's mind blowing to think how much the people you spend the most time with can have such an influence on your thoughts and actions whether they be good or bad. You ARE the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Really think about that. 

I've been spending more of my time with other fitness instructors and workout buddies and it has made such positive influence on me. I love it!

Summer is here, school is out and schedules have changed and as a mom of four I know I still need and want time to focus on my health and fitness goals.

I know that when you take care of yourself you better take care of those around you. And let's face it we want to feel and look good this summer!

I call this my Starting Over Bootcamp because I started over, changed the path I was on, starting taking care of myself and it's the best thing I could have ever done.

Shakeology Donuts

 Shakeology No-Bake Cookies/Donuts 
(Makes 20 servings, 1 donut each) 

Total Time: 10 min.
Prep Time: 10 min.

1 cup Chocolate or vanilla Shakeology
1 cup all-natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup raw honey

Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and shakeology in a medium bowl; mix well with with a rubber spatula or by hand. Roll mixture into twenty balls, each about 1-inch in size for 24 cookies. Flatten each slightly so that it is shaped like a traditional cookie.

For donuts I used a store bought donut pan. So all I had to do was smash them in to shape them as small donuts. SO fun and SO good!

They taste like a gooey protein bar. Keep them in the refrigerator so they'll hold tightly together. Not required though. FOUR EASY INGREDIENTS. Anyone can do this!
