**My Transformation**

Left - hopeless. Middle - gettin' there. Right - hopeful Left - depressed. Right - happiest I've ever been. 
Left - eat junk food. Right - eat whole foods 6 times a day.
Left - never exercised, "no time". Right - exercise 5 days a week. 
Left - ended unhealthy relationship/divorced. Right - happily married.
Left - didn't take time for myself "didn't want to be selfish". Right - spends 1.5+ hrs every morning exercising and reading personal development books.
Left - homeless on food stamps (staying with fam). Right - building a residual income from MY home.
Left - stay at home mom. Right - entrepreneur at home mom (haha)
Left - before joining Beachbody. Right - after joining Beachbody

So.... this clearly is not your typical transformation and I used to want to hide the fact that I was under weight. I GAINED weight and muscle as my Beachbody transformation yes and am proud of that... now. 
It was a struggle sticking to a new routine for sure. I slipped up, ate bad, missed workouts (thought I messed it all up and had to quit) but kept going.

A LOT of things have changed in my life and it started when I gained support through the Beachbody community, my friends and my personal coach helping me to see that I was worth the money, time, and effort.
